Nowadays We see traffic jam is getting worse everywhere in the city. It would take anywhere around 2-6 hours to commute from home to working/business place EACH DAY. The current solution offered, does not solve the problem properly. not to mention the enactment of new regulations that are very restrictive, such as odd-even rules. And for one to purchase a landed house in the middle of the city, especially for the younger generation, is now nearly impossible. If We see in this point of view, We can see that Apartment living currently provide the best solution available (and will continue to do so in the future). No wonder Apartment become the most favorable solution to this problem.

As the Platform Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle of CariProperti. You will work closely with the development team (Tech Team) and other departments to establish CariProperti as the number one property search platform in Indonesia, with potential expansion into the secondary market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the tech team and other departments to build, innovate, and enhance the CariProperti platform.
Bridge knowledge gaps between the tech team and other departments regarding the property sector from both customer and developer perspectives.
Monitor competitor products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
Ensure all top-performing developer products are listed on CariProperti.
Gather customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis through collaboration with the Property Advisor team.
Lead the team to keep CariProperti constantly updated with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
Support the marketing team in promoting CariProperti across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the property industry from both customer and agent perspectives (experience with property developers or as a coordinator of agents is a plus).
Proven experience in managing platforms in the property sales, property agency, or developer sectors.
A strong network in the property agent and developer communities.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong task management and prioritization skills, with familiarity in the startup environment.
