  2. Berkoordinasi dengan para Sales Consultant Coordinator cabang guna dan memantau pencapaian target.
  3. Membimbing, mengarahkan, dan mengembangkan kemampuan para Koordinator agar mencapai performa terbaik.
  4. Melaporkan hasil dan analisis kinerja penjualan cabang kepada manajemen pusat.
Kualifikasi
  1. Memiliki 4-6 tahun pengalaman sebagai koordinator promotor.
  2. Memiliki leadership skills dan komunikasi yang baik.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa penjualan yang baik.
