We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, specifically targeting Chinese companies within designated regions.
  • Conduct regular client visits to establish rapport, address client needs, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Address client concerns, provide information on product offerings, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare, manage, and update sales-related documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure professional, clear, and effective customer communications that convey the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Undertake other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in Machinery and MRO segments.
  • Valid SIM A driving license.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Strong motivation, effective communication skills, and high self-confidence.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within designated areas.
