Our Client is a multinational services company, known for its dynamic and innovative environment. They are seeking an FP&A Manager who is adept in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required.
  • Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA is not required but a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in similar roles with relevant financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in developing financial models and reports
  • Highly proficient in Excel, able to manage multiple spreadsheets and advanced formulas
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as a single contributor
