The FP&A Manager will shape the company's financial strategy, providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Reporting to the Regional and Global team, this role involves driving business performance and improvements through financial insights.

Description

• Oversee the entire financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within FP&A.
• Lead monthly management reporting and operational costing.
• Handle profit and loss management and other commercial finance activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning and reporting.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or full professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 5-7 years of working experience in similar roles or industry
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytic skills
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and has strong analytic skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
• Global or regional exposure and experience highly desirable
