Responsibilities:
Ensure all of the inventory are properly stored. Monitor the daily entry and dispatch of the inventory. Monitor and update the stock fulfillment plan and support of contingency requirements. Ensure consistency of warehouse documentation and reporting. Drive improvements in stock reporting accuracy for the inventories. Ensure physical inventories are conducted on a monthly basis Capacity building staff in accurate reporting and stock management. Ensure expiration dates are monitored to minimise expiration of stock.
Investigate cases/issues, from identifying root cause to developing recommendations for solutions Check that dead-lines of medicines deliveries to the third parties.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a Stocker/Inventory or similar role min 1 year Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Good communication skills for coordinating with other departments and vendors Flexibility to work with shift Prior experience in inventory management in Hospital may be preferred Powered by Jazz HR
