**About this role**:

- As Stock & Inventory Admin Intern you will maintain records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities

**What You Will Do**:
- Monitoring Inventory levels (Stock days, Inventory Turnover, SKU Availability)-
- Record purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports-
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing-
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)- Conduct Stock Opname, Cycle count - Executing, Monitoring and Reporting

**Requirements**:
- Preferably Final Year or Diploma or bachelor’s degree with a specialization in
- **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Logistics**,
- **Supply Chain**, or similar technical field of study with relevant practical experience-
- Vocational high school graduate are welcome to apply-
- Strong communication skills, time-management and negotiation abilities-
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control-
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data-
- Database management skills-
- Ability to analyze and solve problems-
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork-
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods-
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills-
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team and proactively- ** Willing to WFO in Mampang Prapatan for 6 months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible
