Job Description:
  • Identify the position required by the user and create effective recruitment materials.
  • Fulfill labor requirements by conducting screenings, interviews, and reviewing CVs and supporting documents.
  • Search for new candidates in the field and maintain good relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients' offices or locations to better understand their needs and build strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to objectively evaluate candidates.
  • Ability to manage time well and work within tight deadlines.
