Job Description

Oversee and lead a team of data analystsCollaborate with commercial stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, and Product, to comprehend their business goals and convert them into actionable data requests.Formulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy for financing activities that aligns with the company's objectives.Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement in user acquisition, conversion, risk management, and product development Utilize data to guide credit risk modeling and actuarial modeling, ensuring responsible lending and product offerings.Effectively communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Promote a collaborative and data-driven culture The Successful ApplicantAt least 7 years of experience in a data leadership role, preferably in the financial technology industry.Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring data analysts.Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies, including SQL, statistics, and machine learning (desirable).Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Familiarity with data pipelines and cloud platforms like GCP (advantageous).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
