• Supervise financial reports for accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements
• Develop and manage annual budgeting process
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor performance against budgets
• Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Manage operational and capital expenditures
• Develop and implement internal control systems
• Provide financial insights and advice to senior management

• First 30 Days: Understand company's financial systems, processes, and key stakeholders
• Next 60 Days: Develop detailed cash flow forecast and establish financial report structure
• Final 90 Days: Finalize and implement multiple financial reports and present to leadership

• 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling
• Experience with financial accounting tools such as Xero, Quick Books, or SAP
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and financial analysis
• Precise, data-driven, and detail-oriented
