Deloitte is seeking a Workday Consultant to join their team in Southeast Asia, with a focus on implementing and configuring Workday solutions for clients.

Deloitte is the largest Workday consultancy in the world, with a global team of over 1,050 Workday-certified consultants. As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients, with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements gathering and configuration of Workday solutions
  • Assisting clients in testing and converting legacy data into Workday
  • Working with the integration consulting team to configure and test integrations
  • Understanding and applying Workday's medium enterprise implementation methodology
  • Mentoring new consultants and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Participating in update training and sharing implementation best practices with other consultants

As a leader, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development, understand how your work contributes to the team and business, and act with integrity and awareness of your personal impact. You will also be responsible for developing effective communications and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in providing consulting services or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with hands-on experience in Cloud HCM solutions deployment. You will also need to have domain knowledge and understanding of the HR function, HR processes, technology, and associated leading practices. Experience in managing Workday HCM applications or functional certification in Workday Core HR and other modules is highly desirable.
