Job Description

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank's compliance program.Ensure compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated to all staff.Keep abreast of regulatory changes and ensure the bank's policies and procedures comply with new and existing regulations.Monitor and review regulatory developments and disseminate relevant information to stakeholders.Assist in conducting compliance risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance matters to senior management and regulatory bodies.Ensure fulfillments of Bank's commitment to OJK.Mentor and develop junior compliance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on compliance matters.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CCEP) preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the banking or financial services industry.Proven experience in managing compliance programs and conducting risk assessments.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
