Job Description

Lead the EPC division, providing guidance and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, including project management, engineers, sales, etc.Collaborate with BOD to oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and maximize revenue.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as project developers, investors, contractors, and vendors, to establish effective partnerships and ensure smooth project executionMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the planConduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports to senior management, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the EPC division, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and process enhancements The Successful Applicant Minimum Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent industryMinimum 10 years of experience in Senior Project Management, with experience handling renewable energy EPC projectsHave an excellent understanding of EPC business process and risk managementPMP Certification is a plusProven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are requiredFluency in English What's on Offer The chance to really impact the decisions of a very successful business and input into process, procedures & systemsCompetitive remuneration package
