    Job Description

  • Manage and lead end-to-end Human Resources from recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, HR policy & compliance, compensation & benefits, performance management, manpower planning, HR analytics & reporting, and related administration
Manage, drive and lead an effective recruitment team and ensure an effective process to support talent needs strategically with a strong analytics and operation excellenceDevelop, update and ensure all regulatory compliance and HR policy are in adherence with manpower regulations Develop and ensure the organization has the best practice in HR management that meets the legal requirements and effectively support business objectivesManage all industrial relations as well as employee relations matters by acting as the subject matter expert or advisor for the organizationManage compensation and benefits programs and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelop and drive an effective performance management system that supports productivityMonitor and manage an accurate HR metrics and reporting to be used in making informed decision and improve overall HR management and workforce planning to support business goalsDrive and champion strong orgnization value & mission as well as company culture Drive and empower the HRGA team to deliver a strategic and superior HR services Work with senior management to develop effective and strategic HR strategiesResponsible for routine management of administrative matters, including office assets and general affairs

The Successful Applicant

With at least 8 years of generalist or end-to-end experience in Human Resources function across all pillars including some exposures General AffairsStrong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, experienced in handling employee relations and company regulation management, and able to optimize company labor costs in compliance with local legal requirementsDemonstrated experiences in assessing and developing HR policy and compliance with manpower regulation Experiences working in large headcount, fast-paced and dynamic industries with strong agility mindsetStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetProven strategic HR leadership experience and with team management experience
