This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact.  That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant in Digital Technology Consulting to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on consulting clients on commerce transformation, growth marketing, digital transformation, and commerce design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital technologies and a proven track record in driving successful digital initiatives.


You will consult in the following areas:

  • Commerce Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance clients' digital commerce capabilities, including e-commerce platforms, omnichannel solutions, and customer experience optimization
  • Commerce Design: Develop and implement user-centric commerce design solutions, ensuring seamless and intuitive digital experiences for customers across various touchpoints.
  • Growth Marketing: Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive client growth, leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Digital Transformation: Guide clients through digital transformation journeys, identifying opportunities for technology integration, process automation, and innovation to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams through presentations, workshops, and written content.
