    Job Description

  • Oversee staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Ensure safety and efficiency in all manufacturing processes.Meet production schedules and performance goals by effectively utilizing resources.Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.Implement safety, cost control, and quality control measures.Continuously seek and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Follow all regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe manufacturing environment.Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with industry standards and company policies.Manage the daily activities of the manufacturing plant.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.Maintain knowledge of manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies.Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to these standards and policies.Strong understanding of safety standards in manufacturing.Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.Ability to meet quality goals using quality management methods.Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product excellence.Excellent skills in planning and organizing tasks and resources.Develop and implement operational plans to achieve strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A bachelor's degree or higher in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required.Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in managing day-to-day manufacturing operations.Proven track record of managing people, operations, and workflow with a strong emphasis on safety.Industry experience is necessary, with a preferred background in heavy metal manufacturing.Professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to meet production and performance goals.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies.
