Job Description

Define and execute strategic leasing plans for warehouses and industrial properties aligning with market dynamics and property characteristics.Establish and maintain relationships with current tenants understanding and addressing their needs to increase tenant retention.Proactively identify and engage potential tenants through market research and negotiations thereby expanding our clients tenant base.Lead lease discussions focusing on terms rent structures tenant improvements and other critical lease elements.Ensure the preparation and execution of leasing agreements adhering to all legal and regulatory standards.Monitor local and regional industrial real estate market news adapting leasing strategies in response to industry shifts and competitive landscapes.Perform financial analyses of lease agreements assessing revenue potential costs and investment returns advising senior management accordingly.Collaborate with operations and property management teams for efficient tenant integration space customization and maintenance.Participate in budget planning and manage leasing budgets with precision.Regularly report on leasing activities occupancy rates and other vital metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A minimum of 5 years experience within the leasing department of logistics / industrial warehouse Proven track record in negotiating and finalizing complex lease arrangements including in largescale transactions.Comprehensive knowledge of local and regional real estate markets trends and competitors.Able to collaborate with various teams to ensure successful leasing operations.Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with potential tenants brokers
