About Our Client

Our client is a real estate developer company who is looking for a competent Sales and Marketing General Manager to help them in this time of growth

Job Description

Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and servicesDevelop and manage sales and marketing operating budgetMonitor the status of sales consultant and team, and report to appropriate Director in-charge, or the BoDManage the daily growth and development of the assigned campaignsFormulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunitiesUpdate knowledge of new regulations, legal documentation and property management related to sales and marketingManage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional eventsDesign and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operationsHandle the relationship with clients, consultants, agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activitiesAny other duties assigned by the Director in-charge of sales and marketing

The Successful Applicant

At least bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalentAt least 10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Development industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacityExperience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate DevelopmentsExperience in handling legal documentation related to sales and purchase of residential projects and handing over of properties to purchasersFamiliar with preparation of financial models, project budget and regulation on foreign buyers' policyIt is advantageous if the candidate is familiar with the Indonesian Omnibus Law about foreign ownership of real estate propertyEquipped with good Microsoft office skill set (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Words)Good communication skill, fluent in English to communicate with internal and external parties
