    Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SAP FICO specialists in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the system.
Provide expert guidance and support to users on all aspects of SAP FICO functionality.Design and develop key financial reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into business performance.Manage the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP FICO technology and best practices.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of business needs and system functionalities.Mentor and coach junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven expertise in SAP FICO processes including GL, AR, AP, Asset, Cash & Bank, Taxation, Product costing, Material Ledger (ML), CO-PA, and annual operational planning.Strong knowledge of SAP change management processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience working with a global team is a plus.Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG, is highly desirable.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
