We are looking for IT Solution Expert - SAP FICO based in Jakarta. YOUR 'DAY TO DAY' - Design and build in SAP Finance domains to achieve strategic business, financial and technology objectives - Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement best in class integrated solutions delivering value to the business - Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design - Perform best in class development or configuration in SAP FICO module - Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices - Provide Application Support of SAP P1 application, organize trainings and manuals - Contribute to resolution of project/enhancement related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project/enhancement risks. - Interact with mid to senior-level executives displaying knowledge, experience and leading practice advice to identify issues - Exposure towards service management best practices, ensuring proper and quality service provisioning to customers WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - University degree in IT related studies - Fluent in English (both spoken and written) - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementation experience - Experience with 3 - 5 cycle or more SAP project implementation on FICO - Experience Agile solution development process (including hands-on experience) - Deep knowledge of ECC FICO and Finance core processes - Experience with on-premises and cloud/SaaS applications, in SAP / digital technology and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices - Be a self-starter and be able to drive end to end process and solution leadership. - Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL - Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments - Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally - Teammate with a proven track record to lead through influence - Top-end strategic problem solving and strong analytic skills - Ability to share sophisticated ideas in a simple way, and collaborator - Passionate about continuously learning in a changing environment - Consumer-centric approach and mindset - A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders - Organizational and leadership abilities - Creative thinking skills WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
