Job Description

As a Hospital Director (West Java), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance healthcare services.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and financial performance of the hospital.
  • Collaborating with medical staff and department heads to improve patient care.
  • Ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and safety protocols.
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and community leaders.
  • Monitoring and evaluating hospital performance metrics regularly.

The Successful Applicant

Proven leadership experience as a Hospital Director, Deputy Director, General Manager, or senior healthcare executive with strong P&L and operational management capabilities.

Demonstrated success in hospital performance improvement, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
