- Minimum Associate/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance/engineering in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, machine installation, technical tools, and troubleshooting (PICA).
- Knowledge of SHE, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Halal Assurance (SJH), and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team leadership/coaching skills. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance execution to ensure optimal machine readiness, operational smooth flow, and zero downtime. Responsible for implementing PICA, root-cause analysis, and Work Instruction (WI) standardization while enforcing SHE, GMP, 5S, and Food Safety standards. Drive team performance through daily supervision, regular downtime evaluation, continuous improvement programs (SS/SGA), and employee coaching.
