Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Content Creator, UGC Creator, BGC Creator, or related role.
• Confident and expressive on camera, with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experienced in creating BGC/UGC and hard-selling content, preferably for beauty, skincare, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video formats (TikTok/Reels), and content hooks.
• Creative, proactive, fast-paced, and target-oriented, with a strong understanding of content that drives engagement and conversion.
Job Description
s:
• Create engaging BGC/UGC video content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop hard-selling content that effectively communicates product benefits, promotions, and key selling points.
• Create content from concept development, scripting, shooting, to basic editing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to align content with campaign and sales objectives.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, and optimize content based on insights and trends.
