Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development, with proven experience in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• Experienced using Java
- Spring Boot for developing and maintaining backend applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend system design.
• Experience with relational databases, database design, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Git, code reviews, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to lead day-to-day technical activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide other developers while remaining actively involved in coding.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams.
