Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in Software Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, and Product Development.
Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing concepts, test cases, and test scenarios.
Familiar with basic testing methods such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and UAT.
Able to identify, document, and communicate bugs or system issues clearly.
Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or other bug tracking/project management tools is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to understand system flows, requirements, and user scenarios.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with Software Developers, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers.
Basic knowledge of API testing, SQL/database, or automation testing is a plus.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced technology/product development environment.
Willing to be based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. Job

Responsibilities:
Test Planning: Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and testing plans based on system requirements and user stories.
Manual Testing: Execute functional and non-functional testing manually from end to end to ensure the system works as expected.
Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, analyze, and report bugs or system discrepancies using bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure bug fixes or new features do not affect existing system functionalities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers to understand feature flows, clarify requirements, and follow up on identified issues.
Release & UAT Verification: Assist in conducting final checks before deployment and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
Documentation & Learning: Maintain testing documentation and continuously learn about software QA practices, testing methodologies, and product development.
