The Management Trainee program role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee program will rotate through key departments to learn core business operations, including client services, trading support, and basic administrative processes. Daily activities include assisting senior staff with market analysis, preparing reports, supporting client communication, and helping coordinate internal projects. The role involves participating in training sessions, learning company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to team meetings and presentations. Management Trainees are expected to take initiative, apply feedback, and progressively assume more responsibility as they develop their skills and understanding of the business.
