Key Responsibilities
• Create strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets through Affiliate.
• Recruit, activate, and manage TikTok & Shopee affiliates/creators.
• Develop affiliate campaigns and monitor key metrics (GMV, CTR, ROI) and optimize performance.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates for long-term growth.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Manage TAP (Tiktok Affiliate Partner) Account. Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing (TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate).
• Strong network with creators and affiliates across both platforms.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and social commerce strategies.
• Skilled in strategy, planning, and data analysis (TAP mindset).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a semi-quantitative major (Industrial Engineering, Management, with strong analytical focus, or similar) is highly preferred.
