Job Type
Contract Work Schedule: 8x5 rotating shifts (Day/Night), including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting of AI infrastructure platforms and services. Execute approved changes and maintenance activities following change management procedures. Restore services and resolve incidents within agreed service levels. Administer and maintain Linux servers, GPU servers, storage platforms, Kubernetes, Slurm, and related infrastructure technologies. Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for issue resolution and platform support. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations. Create, maintain, and update operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge articles. Participate in incident management, problem management, and technical escalation processes. Support firmware, driver, and platform updates in accordance with operational standards. Follow ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, and request management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 4-7 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments. Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting. Experience working with GPU servers, storage systems, Kubernetes, Slurm, or similar infrastructure platforms. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience with scripting and automation (Shell, Python, Bash, or similar). Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and change control practices. Familiarity with server firmware, drivers, and hardware troubleshooting. Experience handling technical escalations and coordinating with vendors. Ability to work effectively in a shift-based operational environment. Language Requirements English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
