General Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years ofexperience in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Digital-first mindset, with solid knowledge of social media, content strategy, and campaign performance.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Key Qualifications Service quality auditing, training design & delivery, luxury standard compliance, and driving operational excellence across all departments.
