Role Description The Finance Accounting Manager, Sub is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This position oversees daily accounting operations, including managing general ledgers, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, coordinating monthly and annual closing processes, and maintaining compliance with local accounting standards and company policies. The Finance Accounting Manager, Sub will develop and manage budgets, perform variance analyses, and provide financial reports and insights to support management decisions. The role also includes supervising the finance and accounting team, improving internal controls, collaborating with other departments, and supporting audits and tax-related activities. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance with proven ability to interpret and apply financial principles in a business context. Experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and handling end-to-end accounting processes. Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including management reports, periodic financial reviews, and regulatory submissions. Hands-on experience with Budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis to support strategic and operational planning. Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
