• Develop internal instrumentation libraries/SDKs for Go services (HTTP/gRPC middleware, DB/Redis/Kafka clients, context propagation).
• Implement end-to-end distributed tracing across services, including trace ID propagation via HTTP, gRPC, and message brokers.
• Design metrics (RED/USE, SLI/SLO) and structured logging that remain consistent across all services.
• Build and manage telemetry pipelines (collectors, exporters, sampling, and retention).
• Create actionable dashboards and alerts while minimizing noise and alert fatigue.
• Integrate observability into CI/CD processes and new service standards (templates, checklists).
• Support other teams in adopting instrumentation and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident investigations, and post-mortems. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or a related IT field
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development using Go Language in a production environment.
• Proficient in Concurrency (Goroutines, Channels, Context, Sync), Memory Management & Profiling (Pprof, Trace).
• Experienced in building REST and gRPC services, including the implementation of middleware/interceptors.
• Skilled in writing Testable Code (unit tests, mocking, benchmarking).
• Knowledgeable in Python (syntax, library ecosystem, and backend best practices) to read, debug, and instrument Python-based services, including the use of the OpenTelemetry Python SDK.
