Application Support Engineer

We are looking for an Application Support professional to help maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot business applications to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Assist with application installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic SQL queries and read source code to help identify issues.
• Support Microsoft IIS, Linux, and server-related issues.
• Monitor application logs and system performance.
• Coordinate with users, developers, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and incident reports.
• Assist with basic image editing using Adobe software when needed.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of application support, SQL, programming, Linux, Microsoft IIS, and application deployment.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a Monday–Sunday shift schedule and respond to urgent issues when required. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Application Support or IT Support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with application logs, ticketing systems, and web-based applications. Working Arrangement
• Placement: Yogyakarta, Indonesia
• Working Schedule: Monday–Sunday, based on shift rotation.
• Availability: Able to join as soon as possible
