In line with our continuous growth, we are inviting motivated and passionate fresh graduates to join our team as Internship Site Supervisor. Requirements
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
• Strong interest in construction, site supervision, and property development.
• Basic understanding of construction activities and technical drawings.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Available for full-time, on-site placement at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Padalarang, West Bandung.
• High-performing participants with strong potential will have the opportunity to proceed to the Management Trainee Program selection process.
