We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to support the People & Culture team in daily HR operations and Learning & Development activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, invoicing, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the coordination and administration of training and development programs.
• Assist in preparing training materials, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for learning initiatives.
• Support HR operational activities, including documentation, filing, and data updates.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoicing, and payment tracking related to People & Culture activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
• Assist with ad-hoc People & Culture projects as assigned. Requirements
• Final year student or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Available to undertake a full-time internship and commit for at least 6 months.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Eager to learn and interested in Human Resources, particularly Learning & Development and HR Operations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to fully work from office (WFO) from Kuningan, South Jakarta.
