Job Description
• Own platform performance and keep the platform fast, stable, and reliable for customers, with clear monitoring of speed and uptime.
• Continuously improve core platform features toward global standards, with a focus on usability and flexibility.
• Plan and deliver platform upgrades and releases with minimal disruption to customers.
• Own system-to-system integration between the platform and customers’ and partners’ systems.
• Support packaging and segmentation of the platform for different customer types.
• Support product development for expansion into new markets.
• Lead and develop a team of Associate Product Managers, working closely with engineering, hardware, and sales.
• Ensure delivery of the committed product roadmap, including work that supports other product teams. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally on B2B software (SaaS or platform products).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong technical background in system-to-system integration (e.g., APIs and data exchange between platforms).
• Experience managing platform performance and reliability, including speed, uptime, and monitoring.
• Strong skills in writing clear product requirements and prioritising a roadmap.
• Hands-on product data analysis using SQL and product analytics tools.
• Able to work well with engineering, hardware, and commercial teams. Placement: Cikini
