We are looking for a ๐“๐ž๐ฅ๐ž ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ / ๐“๐ž๐ฅ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ to be based in: ๐Ÿ“Medan, North Sumatera ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (Marketing/Communication preferred).
โ€ข Preferably based in Medan and surrounding areas.
โ€ข 2-3 years' experience in Telesales Supervisor or Telemarketing Supervisor.
โ€ข Strong understanding of Multifinance business processes.
โ€ข Proven leadership, team building, and decision-making skills.
โ€ข Excellent influencing and negotiation ability.
โ€ข Detail-oriented in tracking sales productivity.
โ€ข Proficient in MS Office (reporting analysis).
