Experience:
3–4 Years as a QA Testing Manager 📄 Contract: 12 Months (Extendable) 🏦 Industry: Banking / Insurance 📅 Expected Onboarding: End of November 2026 Job Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Testing Manager with a strong background in banking or insurance projects. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, manage testing teams, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure high-quality project delivery throughout implementation and rollout.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end testing activities across project implementation and rollout phases
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and execution schedules
• Manage SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and API testing activities
• Perform and coordinate API testing using Postman
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution
• Coordinate with business users, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and overall quality metrics
• Lead testing teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare test reports, defect summaries, and testing status updates
• Drive effective communication, follow-ups, and cross-team issue resolution Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a QA Testing Manager
• Proven experience managing 2–3 end-to-end projects or rollouts as a Testing Manager
• Banking / Insurance experience of at least 2–3 years — Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in API testing using Postman; high proficiency is required
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Excellent team management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly and confidently
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, follow up on tasks, and manage differing opinions professionally
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities Benefits
