Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning — Develop distribution strategy & network planning across all stock points; manage annual logistics budge. Warehouse & Inventory — Oversee multi-site operations; ensure accuracy via FIFO/FEFO; enforce proper B3 & Halal product storage Transportation & Distribution — Direct nationwide delivery (IBC, flexi bag, carton box); manage fleet & 3PL; ensure DG transport compliance Export/Import — Coordinate customs, freight-forwarder liaison, and documentation (PEB/PIB, INSW, MSDS/SDS) Safety & Compliance — Implement K3/SMK3; sustain ISO, Halal & NSF standards; ensure audit readiness Vendor & Cost Management — Negotiate & manage 3PL/vendor contracts; drive cost optimization People Management — Lead logistics team across multiple sites; set KPIs; coordinate cross-functionally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Logistics/SCM, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, or Business Min. 3 years in logistics, preferably from chemical/manufacturing/FMCG/Oil & Gas Chemical B3/hazardous-materials handling experience is a strong plus Fluent English & skilled in Excel/ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle) Valid driving license (SIM A) is an Advantage
