Senior Software Engineer

Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable software applications using .
NET / .
NET Core technologies. The role will work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .
NET, and .
NET Core.
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and backend services.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, including production incidents and performance-related problems.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Business Users, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture improvements.
• Develop unit tests and support integration and system testing to ensure software quality.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and technical specifications.
• Support deployment, release management, and production monitoring in collaboration with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, system architecture, and engineering practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices within the .
NET ecosystem. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in software development, with strong experience in .
NET / .
NET Core.
• Strong programming skills in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Git and source control management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently while also providing technical guidance to other developers.
