The company values innovation, collaboration, and practical impact in all engagements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bandung. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of AI and system development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing expediting activities, monitoring inspections, and ensuring logistics support aligns with project timelines and quality standards. The role involves preparing project documentation and reports, identifying risks and mitigation actions, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvement and support alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery for 4–8 concurrent client projects
• Translate client needs into PRDs, user stories, and sprint backlogs the team can actually execute
• Run sprint ceremonies, track progress, and unblock engineers and designers daily
• Act as the client's main point of contact — status reporting, expectation management, scope negotiation
• Produce and maintain project documentation: MoM, BAST, change requests, status reports
• Surface risk early (schedule slip, scope creep, resourcing conflict) and bring the proposed fix, not just the problem
• Support pre-sales when needed: estimation, scoping, and quotation input Must-have Specification:
• 3–5 years as a Project Manager in software development, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting (multi-client, not single-product)
• Proven track record delivering web or mobile projects end to end
• Agile/Scrum in practice, not just theory — and pragmatic about adapting it to client reality
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; you'll draft client-facing documents and lead meetings in both
• Technically literate: you don't need to code, but you should understand APIs, databases, deployment, and what makes an estimate realistic
• Able to hold your ground with a client while keeping the relationship warm
• Genuinely organized under concurrency — you can carry six projects without dropping one Nice-to-have Specification:
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (Claude, Cursor, or similar).
• We're actively rebuilding our PM processes around agentic tooling and want someone who leans into that
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools, GitLab, and Figma
• AE or account management background alongside PM
