Job Description
Bio Farma is looking for an experienced Market Access Professional to expand market access and strengthen the company’s presence across the government sector. Are you an experienced professional in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Market Access with a passion for turning market opportunities into business growth? Do you thrive in building strategic relationships and navigating the government sector? Join us and make an impact. As our Market Access Professional (Government Sector), you will play a key role in expanding access to Bio Farma’s products, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships with government institutions and key stakeholders. What You’ll Do :
• Expand Market Access : Identify and develop strategic opportunities to expand access to Bio Farma’s products across government institutions.
• Business Development : Identify and pursue market opportunities to drive business growth through strategic commercial initiatives.
• Stakeholder Relationship : Build and maintain strategic relationships with government institutions, customers, partners, and key stakeholders to support market access and business growth.
• Market Insight : Analyze market needs, trends, and developments to support effective business and sales strategies. What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications) :
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Market Access, or related fields.
• Experience working with government institutions is highly valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and support sales growth.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
