IT Solution Analyst – Core Banking

IT Solution Analyst – Core Banking Bank Jakarta is looking for experienced IT professionals to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and transformation of our banking technology systems. We are seeking an IT Solution Analyst – Core Banking with strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in core banking systems to support the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Perform functional analysis, solution design, system specifications, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other IT functions to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), implementation, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure IT solutions comply with information security standards, IT governance policies, and applicable banking regulations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance core banking applications, system performance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Solution Analysis, System Analysis, or Application Development, preferably within the banking industry.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies:
• AS/400 (IBM i)
• Silverlake Banking System
• Bank Vision Core Banking System
• Strong understanding of banking operations, business processes, and core banking applications.
• Knowledge of requirement analysis, functional specifications, solution design, and system integration.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in core banking enhancement, integration, migration, or modernization projects will be an advantage.
