- Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
- Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
- Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
- Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
- Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
- Willing to be placed in Medan
- Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Has prior min. 2 years of working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured work environment.
