Operation Manager

Operation Manager is accountable to deliver Operation and Maintenance deliverables within EPC contract. The scope covers operations readiness such as procedure development, start-up assistance, spare parts, maintenance and integrity build, training and operation integration.Operation Manager is focal point of COMPANY team such as Start-up team, Operation team, Maintenance and Integrity Build team, etc. to successfully prepare the Operation of Tangguh UCC by COMPANY without any delay.Operation manager shall liaise with CONTRACTOR’s Commissioning team and COMPANY’s team to support the handover planning of the operation from CONTRACTOR to COMPANY.Below is simple organization for Operation manager. willing to work onsite with  9 weeks-on & 3 weeks-off rotation. Qualifications & ExperiencesEducation:- Bachelor’s degree - EngineeringExperiences:- Minimum 15 years of operation andmaintenance experience for Oil and Gasfacilities.- Experience as operation and maintenanceteam leader role is mandatory.Qualification:-A comprehensive knowledge of relevant EPC business process in oil and gas & industry area.- Fluent in English both verbal and written.- Recommended to be fluent in BahasaIndonesia both verbal and written.- Computer literate, especially for MicrosoftofficeOthers:- Certified Project Management (PMP, IAMPI,PRINCE 2, CIPM, etc) are preferable.
