Title:HSE Principal SpecialistKBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a HSE Principal Specialist to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia. This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas. The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government.The HSE Principal Specialist will lead, support, & develop the HSE management plans for the Abadi project in alignment with KBR's policies and procedures. This role will also facilitate the project's 'Zero Harm 24/7, Courage to Care' culture, behavior and engagement activities.Responsibilities: Liaise with engineering safety and construction to ensure appropriate HSE leadership, direction and input into project activities and deliverableIdentify, plan and conduct training as required, including weekly HSE inductions and 'Zero Harm, Courage to Care' trainingPrepare employees for visits to the field by providing training and PPEReduce HSSE risk to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP)Comply with national regulatory and statutory requirementsHSSE input to subcontractor and suppliers' assessments and approvalParticipate in audits to ensure compliance with KBR and project proceduresContribute to the management of display screen equipment (UK DSE Regulations or Indonesian equivalent) hazards and risksSupport management of travel hazards/risksPromote personal health program for project teamConduct/manage workplace inspectionsPlan/manage weekly toolbox talksLead project emergency response planningManage incident response and investigationSupport the provision of HSSE input into subcontract and procurement activitiesKeep abreast of the latest HSSE issues including lessons learned, industry initiatives and regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial safety or HSE related discipline5 - 7 years HSE experience including Oil & Gas Onshore/LNG experienceSkills demonstrating the capability to run the HSE function on large-scale projectsMulti-lingual with good understanding of Indonesian and EnglishGeneral K3 Expert Certificate (AK3U) or NEBOSH IGC CertificateAbility to write and review procedural documents, present information clearly & conciselySelf-starter, Proactive attitude, Influencing skills with various stakeholdersStrong written and oral communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational, analytical and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications:Internal auditor qualification (ISO 14001/ISO 45001)Multi-lingual with good understanding of Indonesian and EnglishGeneral K3 Expert Certificate (AK3U) or NEBOSH Certificate Belong.
