**About the role**

The Specialist Finance will ensure that the Finance & Admin department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS.

In this role, you will

• Running the Finance and management reporting with attention to detail and analytical skill by organizing day-to-day accounting processes, general ledger reconciliation, cashflow, overhead and costing reporting.
• Comply and assist with Statutory reporting, Tax reporting, Bank Indonesia reporting, and other authorities reporting requirements.
• Fully understanding of the processes and procedures within project, corporate and Thiess Group.

**About you**

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Management Reporting roles
• Experience in Manufacturing or Production entities are preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work across multiple departments
• Attention to detail, ability to analyze financial information and adaptable to dynamic operational requirement
• High analytical skill, Initiative, Teamwork and Communication Skills
• Able to guide other and own team member for problem solving
• Discipline, time management and strict adherence to policies and procedures
