**Key Responsibilities**

  • Responsible for shifting from a sales-driven website to a rich-content website with informative and engaging articles to gain customers’ trusts, loyalties, and interests in our brand
  • Making new articles across brands based on most-recent trends and customers’ behaviors and demands Collaboration with brand teams to gain traffic from other own platforms (social media & offline activities)
  • Acting as both a content writer and Editor for various brands to develop content hubs, deliver social content and support any written content on our websites or in our marketing material
  • Align with Brand and Digital Marketing Team in delivering seamless customer experience in terms of brand campaign, product availability, product highlight, content and ongoing promotion
  • Manage content/experience assets and performance, conduct regular audits to ensure plans are fresh and relevant
  • Work with the tool and analytics to develop and report out metrics for performance measurement and improvement
  • Keeping up with recent trends and transforming them into nicely written articles Making sure that the articles published are valid, reliable and based on facts, with no error on spelling or grammar
  • Making new ideas for upcoming collaboration and delivering article-launch strategy
  • Ensuring that every article published has their spotlight and drive clicks Increasing average time spent on website or conversion through published articles Quality Management of Content

**Requirements**

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience in publishing or journalist Have a keen eye for details and outstanding written skills in both English and Bahasa
  • Familiar with digital environment (target audience, traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate)
  • Good communication skill - to be able to work across departments
  • Have good knowledge of multiple brands and various trends Keep up with fast-paced environment
