**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full time site supervision
- Supervising the home improvement, and finishing process
- Effectively allocate labor, equipment, materials and artisans to maximize productivity, safety and to minimize deficiencies
- Effectively understand the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time - Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each project ensuring no overruns
- Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments from suppliers
- Resolve day to day field issues and provide incident and daily reports for head office files

Qualifications:

- D-III/Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project finishing inspector in Property Developer Company
- Familiar on Highrise Building Construction
- Able to work under pressure
- Team Player
- To act with integrity and honesty at all times
- Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules while maintaining safety and profitability

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month
