- **Have experience min. 2 year in Brand/Marketing Communications (IT/Tech startup)**
- **Experience with B2B marketing campaigns campaigns**
- **Strong in Project Management and able to run multiple campaigns in detail**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- **Creative and always up-to-date with the latest news**
- **Able to multi-task, reliable and adapt to fast changes**
- **Good public speaking and presentation skills is a must**
- **Understand insights about customers, existing problems, and communication opportunities that can be implemented**
- **Have a high understanding of the importance of a combination of marketing and communication**
- **Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress and knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics, is a plus**
- **Responsible, loyal and positive attitude**

The assignment of responsibilities:

- Online Communication Strategy
- Collecting data and maintaining databases
- Promoting our products and services during events (online/offline)
- Building the concept of brand management, developing brand image and growing brand awareness through innovative and creative ways of connecting with Digital Marketing activities
- Carry out market analysis and marketing strategies to ensure the success of product sales and sales growth
- Collaborating with various 3rd parties who are experts in the field of HR Community/corporate/media relations/events.
- Increase market interest and confidence in the product
- Ensure the marketing strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy
- Analysis of customer complaints
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners (testimony, surveys, e-book)
- Event Managers for workshop and webinars
- Create Promo/ Collaboration/ Endorsement/ KOL

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
