**Job Description**:

- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Liaise with Finance AR team for issuing Invoices and reconciliation sales data
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Liaise with Warehouse and Logistic team to maintain the inventory sales out for each sales order such as responsible for check completion supporting documents and maintain data for the inventory stocks
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer
- Supporting the sales departments with other administrative tasks, if requested

**Requirements**:

- Male and has a good attitude
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration, tender document, or a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can use Microsoft Office
